Where are your products shipped from?
Product(s) are designed, quality checked, and shipped from California.
Do you accept returns?

Can you ship your products internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship products internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cedit and debit cards are accepted. Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo are accepted as well.
Do products come with any warranty?

Where do I follow along for the most recent updates?

How is shipping handled?
All shipping within the United States will be processed through USPS, unless otherwise stated. Products will be shipped out according to order number (lowest order number first and so on).

STANDARD
When does the pre-order go live?
The STANDARD pre-order goes live on Friday December 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST). The pre-order will remain open for 3 days.
What changes are being made for the production version?
There are several changes being incorporated to make the STANDARD as excellent as possible. See the details of all the changes here
How long is the wait once I pre-order?
Estimated wait time is 6 approximately 6 months. The estimated delivery date is June 30, 2023. This timeline is conservative so there is a chance it could be sooner!
Are additional overlays and hardware available at pre-order?
Yes. Overlays in each of the 4 configurations will be available at pre-order and extra hardware will be as well. Some additional sets of overlays and hardware will also be available after delivery for those who didn't purchase them during the pre-order.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, the STANDARD pre-orde will only be open for the US. I would recommend using a proxy if you are interested and outside of the US!
Is the full amount/cost due at the time of pre-order?
Yes. The full price of $269 (plus any additional overlays or hardware) plus applicable taxes and shipping will be due at the time of pre-order. In the future, we would like to to be able to offer a method of partial payment at the time of pre-order and the remainder at time of delivery.
Will there be a limited quantity available at pre-order?
No, there will not be a limited quantity available at pre-order; the pre-order will remain open for 3 days.
Can you send out replacement parts?
Replacement overlays, screws and clips can be sent out for replacement, if needed. No other components can be sent out for replacement, however.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your pre-order during the 3 days which the pre-order is open. Orders cannot be canceled during the productions period.
Where is it made, and who is the OEM?
The STANDARD is manufactured by Bestech Knives in China.
